This is one of the hardiest Passion Flowers and a great climbing plant for a UK garden. Plants climb 10-12m in height and have wonderful large white flowers tinged with blue and purple, from July to September.
Passion Flowers grow best in sun to part shade and moist well drained soil. They need a trellis or other form of support to climb up, and are vigorous plants once established. They are hardy to about -10°C, so in colder gardens, grow in pots and bring indoors over winter. They are happy pot plants.
Pack of 25 seeds. Sow the seeds any time, typically in spring to autumn. Germination takes 1 to several months and is erratic, so sow more than you need and be prepared to keep going. Sowing instructions and a colour photo are printed on the packet.
Caution: Harmful if eaten.
